The person I invited didn't receive their invitation. What do I do?

We'll cover what to do if a person you invited to your room did not receive their invitation in their email inbox.

Tip: First, check your spam folder just in case the email ended up there. Second, check with your IT department about their firewall settings.

Next, you can follow these steps:

From the room’s interface, navigate to the Permissions tab at the top.
You can search for the member by entering their name or email address in the search bar at the top right.
Next to their name, select Resend. This will resend their invitation to their email address.



Note: If there is no option to Resend visible, this means they have already registered. In this case, ask them to reset their password or if it's an issue with authenticator codes, reach out to support and approve recovery codes to be generated for them. We can then send them their codes via email, allowing them to log in and set up 2FA and save recovery codes for future use.
