How to Set a Non-Disclosure Agreement

In FirmRoom, we've provided the option to require an NDA to be signed before accessing the data room. To set one, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Settings tab at the top right.
Select Non-disclosure agreement from the left menu.
From the drop-down menu, select to have the NDA appear:

First Login
Every Login

If you choose, edit the text of the NDA in the text box.
Once finished, click Save.

Note: When NDAs are accepted, it's recorded in the Audit log which admins can access. Only admins can set the text in the NDA and there's no redline abilities for other parties.
