How do I grant someone admin acccess?
There are two different ways to grant someone admin access:
Room Admin Access
- Invite them if they haven't already been invited to the administrator group
- Change their position in another group to the administrator group
To invite someone to the administrator group, follow these steps:
- Go to the Permissions tab at the top.
- Click the blue Add member button.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- From the Permission Group dropdown menu, select "Administrator" or the group you have designated as having admin permissions.
- Click Submit.
They will receive an invitation in their inbox in a few minutes.
To change someone from another group to an administrator:
- Go to the Permissions tab at the top.
- Select the group the person is currently a member of from the left menu (e.g., buyer group).
- Use the search bar to find the person's name within the group.
- In the Group column on the far right, select the dropdown menu and choose "Administrator" or the group you have assigned admin permissions.
- You can also move people in bulk to the administrator group by checking the boxes next to their name and selecting Move from the top.
- They will now be an administrator and have admin access.
