How do I grant someone admin acccess?

There are two different ways to grant someone admin access:

Room Admin Access



Invite them if they haven't already been invited to the administrator group
Change their position in another group to the administrator group


To invite someone to the administrator group, follow these steps:


Go to the Permissions tab at the top.
Click the blue Add member button.



Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
From the Permission Group dropdown menu, select "Administrator" or the group you have designated as having admin permissions.
Click Submit.



They will receive an invitation in their inbox in a few minutes.

Tip: If the invitee doesn't find the invitation in their inbox, advise them to check their spam folder.

To change someone from another group to an administrator:


Go to the Permissions tab at the top.
Select the group the person is currently a member of from the left menu (e.g., buyer group).
Use the search bar to find the person's name within the group.
In the Group column on the far right, select the dropdown menu and choose "Administrator" or the group you have assigned admin permissions.



You can also move people in bulk to the administrator group by checking the boxes next to their name and selecting Move from the top.



They will now be an administrator and have admin access.

Tip: You can also remove people by hovering over the right corner of their name and clicking the Remove icon.
