How to Check Data Storage

In order to check how much data you're using in a single room:

Click on the Settings tab located at the top right corner of the screen.
Within the Settings tab, select General from the left menu.
Scroll down the General page until you see Get data usage.
Click View data usage.



A pop-up window will display the total data usage.



Note: Deleted data is still counted towards your active data amount. To remove the archive data, you can permanently delete files from your Data Room trash.

To permanently delete files from your Data Room trash:

Go to the Data Room tab.
Select Trash from the bottom left, located to the right of your user profile.
Select which files you'd like to delete.
Click the red button at the top, labeled Remove permanently.
