# How do I cancel my account or subscription?

# How to Cancel Your Account or Subscription

If you're considering canceling your subscription and room, follow these steps:

1. Go to the **Settings** tab at the top. 
2. Select **General** from the left menu.
3. Scroll down until you see the **Delete Room** button. 

|| Note: Deleting your room will also cancel your subscription immediately and remove all content within the room. It's recommended to download your important files before proceeding.

| Tip: If you'd like to set your subscription to cancel at the end of the current pay period, please contact the support team at support@firmroom.com for assistance.
