How to Cancel Your Account or Subscription

If you're considering canceling your subscription and room, follow these steps:

Go to the Settings tab at the top.
Select General from the left menu.
Scroll down until you see the Delete Room button.

Note: Deleting your room will also cancel your subscription immediately and remove all content within the room. It's recommended to download your important files before proceeding.

Tip: If you'd like to set your subscription to cancel at the end of the current pay period, please contact the support team at support@firmroom.com for assistance.
